Stoeckle Family Dentistry LLC leased 2,550 SF of office space at W178 N9912 Rivercrest Dr., Germantown, from Fountain Square LLC. Jeanine Sweeney represented both sides of the transaction.
Core Advertising leased 9,680 SF of office space at 700 W. Virginia, Milwaukee, from LCM 20. Scott Revolinski and Ned Purtell represented the landlord in the transaction.
Jelltech Consulting, LLC leased 4,018 SF of office space at W178 N9912 Rivercrest Dr., Germantown, WI, from Fountain Square LLC. Jeanine Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
AECOM leased 21,350 SF of office space at 1555 River Center Dr., Milwaukee, from The Brewery Works. Jim Cavanaugh and Ned Purtell represented the landlord in the transaction.
ITT Educational Services leased 20,110 SF o foffice space at W177 N9856 Rivercrest Drive, Germantown, from Fountain Square LLC. Jeanine Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
Primerica leased 638 SF of office space at W178 N9912 Rivercrest Dr., Germantown, from Fountain Square LLC. Jeanine Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
Kona 7250 LLC purchased the property located at 7250 E. 90th St. in Indianapolis, IN, from D&K Management. Scott Revolinski and Ben Adank represented the seller in the transaction.

RFP COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE TEAM EXPANDS
December 2011- Joe Carollo has joined RFP Commercial, Inc.'s brokerage team.
Joe joins RFP from Chicago, where he worked with the Fara Goup, Inc. as Vice President. Joe has significant Retail leasing experience, completing transactions with companies such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Title Nine Sports, FEW Spirits, Tiny Dog Cupcakes, and Kelly's Beauty World.
Joe also worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston, where he managed properties for Brown University. He also worked with the retail and investment teams, and in 2006 was awarded "New England Area Employee of the Year."
Joe earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton in Communication Management, with a Minor in film studies.
Joe will work as part of the industrial and retail brokerage groups at RFP Commercial.

RFP COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES SALE OF BIELINSKI HQ BUILDING
RFP Commercial recently negotiated the sale of the 32,000 SF Bielinski Homes headquarters office building at N16 W23377 Stone Ridge Dr., Pewaukee, WI.
The buyer, Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod plans to move 100 employees to their new Pewaukee location.
Bob Flood and Scott Revolinski represented the seller in the transaction.
