RFP'S OFFICE GROUP SELLS DOWNTOWN BUILDING

June 12, 2008- Milwaukee Acquisition Partners, LLC purchased 80,525 square feet of office space at 433 E. Michigan St. building and the adjacent parking lot at 517 N. Jefferson St. from 433 E. Michigan LLC for $3,136,500. Bob Flood and Jim Cavanaugh from RFP represented the seller. This is the second time RFP has sold the building in the last three years.
