RFP Commercial, Inc. has recently participated in the following commercial real estate transactions:
Ingeteam, Inc. leased 3,200 SF of industrial space at 9055 N. 51st Street in Brown Deer from Gebhard Investments. Bill Langhoff represented the tenant in the transaction.
Wild Impact Marketing leased 9,500 SF of industrial space at 2905 S. 160th St. in New Berlin from First Industrial Real Estate Trust. Bill Langhoff represented the landlord in the transaction.
Yaskawa Electric America expanded their lease at 100 W. Oakwood Rd. in Oak Creek by 32,574 SF. Bob Flood and Paul McBride represented the landlord, Opus North, in the transaction.
Poulos, Sengstock, Budny & Ludwig signed a six-year renewal of 4,742 SF of office space at 10150 W. National Ave. in New Berlin from Westminster Lincoln. Ned Purtell, Jeanine Sweeney, and Patti Stevens represented the landlord in the transaction.
Lawrence Allen & Koble expanded and signed a renewal of 7,775 SF of office space at 375 Bishops Way in Brookfield from Westminster Brookfield. Ned Purtell and Jeanine Sweeney represented the landlord in the transaction.
CitiStreet Associates leased 2,675 SF of office space at 2514 S. 102nd St. in West Allis from Westminster Lincoln. Ned Purtell, Jeanine Sweeney, and Patti Stevens represented the landlord in the transaction.
Hamm's Universal Fashions leased 975 SF of retail space at 2218 N. Farwell Ave. in Milwaukee from New Land Investments. Brian Starr represented the landlord in the transaction.
The Brewer Company leased 40,000 SF of industrial space at N92 W14401 Anthony Ave. in Menomonee Falls from CenterPoint Properties. Bill Langhoff represented the landlord in the transaction.
Triple-One, LLC purchased the industrial building located at 111 W. Olive St. in Glendale, WI for $514,000. Bill Langhoff and Scott Revolinski represented the seller in the transaction.

RFP COMMERCIAL, INC. COMPLETES SALE OF MITCHELL DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Scott Revolinski and Ben Adank with RFP Commercial's Investment Properties Group recently completed a 151,064 SF sale transaction of the Mitchell Distribution Facility in Cudahy, WI.
The property, which is fully leased to Rexnord Industries, sold for $6,400,000. RFP Commercial represented both the buyer, CenterPoint Properties, and the seller, Liberty Property Trust, in the transaction.

RFP COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES LEASE AT GRANDVIEW INTERSTATE CENTER I
2nd Wind Exercise Equipment has leased 38,215 SF of space in the Grandview Interstate Center I, located at 2000 S. Sylvania Avenue in Yorkville, WI. The building is a recently completed 153,600 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility situated in the Grandview Business Park. The Grandview Business Park is a 180 acre Class A business park strategically located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 20 in Racine County, Wisconsin. The Park is being developed as a joint venture between CenterPoint Properties Trust and WisPark Corporation.
RFP Commercial's Scott Revolinski and Paul McBride, exclusive listing brokers for the Grandview Business Park, negotiated on behalf of the landlord in this transaction.
Founded in 1992, 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment is the Midwest's exclusive dealer for high-end exercise equipment with over 85 retail locations throughout the region. Barry Chavin and Brian Vanevenhoven with NAI/MLG Commercial represented 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment in this transaction. In addition to the facility serving as their Midwest distribution warehouse, 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment's new facility will also include a 3,000 square foot showroom/retail store. According to Barry Chavin, "The building's proximity to I-94 and Highways 20 & 11 and the excellent highway visibility really drove this deal".
