RFP Commercial, Inc. has recently participated in the following commercial real estate transactions:
LCM Funds 20 LLC has purchased the 325,511 SF Tannery Office Complex in Milwaukee's Fifth Ward from Atlas Development for an undisclosed price. Scott Revolinski, Ned Purtell, and Ben Adank represented both sides of the transaction.
ABRA Auto Body and Glass leased 15,635 SF of retail space at S31 W24601 Sunset Dr. in Waukesha from Securant Bank and Trust. Bob Flood represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
Viking Electric Supply leased 8,000 SF of industrial space at 9016 58th Place in Kenosha from M&E Riley LLC. Bob Flood represented the tenant in the transaction.
Andrus, Sceales, Starke & Sawall leased 9,811 SF of office space at 100 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee from 100 East Wisconsin JT Venture. Ned Purtell, Kate Hanson, and Scott Revolinski represented the tenant in the transaction.
American Family Insurance leased 1,090 SF of office space at 2514 S. 102nd St. in West Allis from Westminster Lincoln. Ned Purtell, Jeanine Sweeney, and Patti Stevens Represented the landlord in the transaction.

RFP COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES SALE OF FORMER MIDWEST AIRLINES CORPORATE CENTER TO BUCYRUS INTERNATIONAL
Oak Creek, WI, June 9, 2010- Bucyrus International has purchased the former Midwest Airlines Corporate Center located at 6744 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek, WI. The facility consists of a two-building 120,833 SF office campus on a 27-acre parcel of land.
Bucyrus, a manufacturer of mining equipment, will move its corporate headquarters from South Milwaukee to the Oak Creek site, which it purchased from Westminster Badger LLC for $9,000,000.
Scott Revolinski and Ben Adank, Investment Brokers with RFP Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction. The Dickman Company's Sam Dickman represented the buyer. Bucyrus currently has 10,000 employees at 100 locations around the world, and plans to create about 700 new jobs over the next two to three years.

RFP COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES LEASE AT GRANDVIEW INTERSTATE CENTER I
2nd Wind Exercise Equipment has leased 38,215 SF of space in the Grandview Interstate Center I, located at 2000 S. Sylvania Avenue in Yorkville, WI. The building is a recently completed 153,600 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility situated in the Grandview Business Park. The Grandview Business Park is a 180 acre Class A business park strategically located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 20 in Racine County, Wisconsin. The Park is being developed as a joint venture between CenterPoint Properties Trust and WisPark Corporation.
RFP Commercial's Scott Revolinski and Paul McBride, exclusive listing brokers for the Grandview Business Park, negotiated on behalf of the landlord in this transaction.
Founded in 1992, 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment is the Midwest's exclusive dealer for high-end exercise equipment with over 85 retail locations throughout the region. Barry Chavin and Brian Vanevenhoven with NAI/MLG Commercial represented 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment in this transaction. In addition to the facility serving as their Midwest distribution warehouse, 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment's new facility will also include a 3,000 square foot showroom/retail store. According to Barry Chavin, "The building's proximity to I-94 and Highways 20 & 11 and the excellent highway visibility really drove this deal".
