Seasoned brokers expand firm’s broad knowledge of local commercial real estate market
MILWAUKEE – RFP Commercial, Inc. (RFP) announced today that Andy Hess and Steve Pape have joined the commercial real estate firm as partners.
The two bring more than 35 years of experience working in the local commercial real estate market to RFP. Their addition reinforces RFP’s position as the largest local, independent commercial real estate brokerage in the region and positions the firm for ongoing growth in the southeast Wisconsin marketplace.
“The commitment Andy and Steve have made to RFP is a reflection of the strong reputation and market position that our organization maintains in southeast Wisconsin,” said Bob Flood, a founding partner of RFP. “Both bring a deep knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and will play a significant role in RFP’s ongoing growth.”
Hess has worked in commercial real estate for more than 18 years with experience in most major U.S. real estate markets. His background includes work in investment sales, leasing, acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, and all facets of distressed real estate and OREO. Prior to joining RFP, Hess was a founder and principal of Creekwood Real Estate and Resilire Real Estate Partners.
Pape has more than 17 years of experience in the industry, focusing on tenant representation, leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions and development. Most recently, he was a partner and the director of brokerage for Greywolf Partners, Inc.
Additionally, Derek Yentz has joined the RFP team as a broker, representing real estate needs of tenants, investors, and developers with the goal of maximizing value for clients. He was formerly an associate in the brokerage division of Greywolf Partners.
