BILL LANGHOFF ACHIEVES SIOR DESIGNATION
Industrial broker Bill Langhoff was recently awarded the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) Industrial designation. Real estate professionals who hold the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers and agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most experienced and capable practitioners in any market. To date, only 3,200 commercial brokers worldwide hold this prestigious professional designation.
SIOR designees are required to complete advanced education requirements and adhere to a strict code of ethics. Bill is being recognized as demonstrating the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

RFP COMMERCIAL ADDS BROKERS
RFP Commercial is pleased to announce that Mark Nelson and Travis Tiede have joined the firm's brokerage team as the company expands in 2009.
Mark Nelson, formerly a Vice President of Retail with Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, has joined RFP's retail group. Mark brings over 24 years of national retail experience to RFP. Mark spent his first 14 years working in the real estate departments of 4 national retailers where he completed 100's of retail transactions from coast to coast. He continued in retail real estate during the last 10 years as a broker and developer practicing tenant representation in multiple states. Prior to moving to Milwaukee and taking a position with Continental, Mark was the principal of his own firm in Denver, CO. Mark will lead RFP's Retail Group and focus on increasing market share for the department.
Travis Tiede, who graduated in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate, has been hired as a member of RFP's industrial group. Travis completed an internship with RFP through UWM last year, and is re-joining the company as a full time broker.

BOB FLOOD ATTENDS CORE NETWORK PRINCIPAL'S CONFERENCE
Partner Bob Flood served as RFP Commercial's representative at the CORE Network Principals Meeting March 1-2 in Chicago, IL. Topics of discussion included: current challenges facing the commercial real estate market; creative solutions and methods of service diversification for client benefit; and the availability and scope of nationwide resources through the CORE Network membership group.
