Background
Mr. Flood has over 22 years of experience in office and industrial real estate businesses in Wisconsin.  Mr. Flood has successfully completed over 200 transactions in the real estate brokerage business comprised of office and industrial sales and leases, land brokerage, and various investment assignments.  Highlights include the 2002 land assemblage of Northwestern Mutual’s new, 210 acre campus in Franklin, WI.  Mr. Flood completed the largest industrial sale transactions in the State of Wisconsin for the years 1990 and 1994.  On the office leasing side, Mr. Flood has coordinated and achieved leasing goals for a number of high profile office developments in the metropolitan area.  These projects have ranged from a CBD high-rise project to multiple suburban mid-rise developments.  Noteworthy assignments include the 285,000 square foot 1000 North Water Street office tower in downtown Milwaukee, the 94,000 square foot Bluemound Office Plaza in Brookfield, and the 4-building, 436,000 square foot office campus, Honey Creek Corporate Center.  In addition, Mr. Flood conducts tenant Representation Services on behalf of numerous office and industrial tenants in the Wisconsin market.

Education and Accreditation
Mr. Flood graduated from St. Norbert College, DePere, Wisconsin in 1979 with a BBA in marketing.
