Background
Ned Purtell brings over 20 years of experience in sales and leasing of office and industrial product in the Milwaukee area.  Mr. Purtell is a founding partner of RFP Commercial, Inc. and has completed over three million square feet of transactions in just the last five years alone.  Prior to RFP Commercial, Inc., Mr. Purtell was a partner at Inland Companies overseeing the office leasing department.

Among numerous commercial real estate honors, in 2005 Mr. Purtell was awarded the “Office Deal of the Year” by the Commercial Association of Realtors.  Mr. Purtell is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Education and Accreditation
Edward Purtell has a B.S. Degree in marketing from the Miami University of Ohio and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a professional designation which requires successful completion of graduate level real estate courses and related financial analysis.

Mr. Purtell was awarded the Certified Commercial – Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute on November 7, 1991.  CCIM’s are Realtor specialists in commercial property development, tenant representation, brokerage, and investment analysis.  Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation nationwide.
