Background
Mr. Carollo is a recent addition to the RFP Commercial team. He is currently specializing in the marketing, leasing, and sale of retail and industrial space in Southeastern Wisconsin.  As a trusted real estate business advisor, Joe is practiced in creating value for a variety of clients.  Prior to joining RFP Joe spent 4 years with Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts as a Market Researcher and then as an Associate with the Retail Brokerage Team.  Following his time in Boston, Joe spent nearly 3 years as a broker with the Fara Group, Inc. in Chicago, completing transactions with companies such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Title Nine Sports, FEW Spirits, Tiny Dog Cupcakes, and Kelly's Beauty World.

Education and Accreditation
Mr. Carollo graduated from the University of Dayton – in 2001, receiving a B.A. degree in Communication Management.
