Background
Mr. Cavanaugh is a recent addition to the RFP Commercial team. He is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 300,000 sq. ft. of office space. As a graduate of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at UW - Milwaukee, Jim has had the opportunity to thoroughly study the real estate market in Metro Milwaukee. His portfolio includes a market analysis for the Town of Caledonia, a review of TIF financing policies for the City of Milwaukee, and potential development sites for the National Park Service.  Since joining RFP, Jim has helped market and sell numerous office properties, including the Innovation Point office building, Brown Deer Business Park, the Lydell Corporate Center and the Woodland Prime Office Park.  Mr. Cavanaugh is affiliated with CARW (Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors) and the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
