Background
Mr. Cavanaugh is a recent addition to the RFP Commercial team. He is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 300,000 sq. ft. of office space. As a graduate student in Urban Planning, Jim has had the opportunity to thoroughly study the retail market in Metro Milwaukee. His portfolio includes a market analysis for the Town of Caledonia, a review of TIF financing policies for the City of Milwaukee, and potential development sites for the National Park Service. Since joining RFP, Jim has helped market numerous office properties, including the Innovation Point office building and the Woodland Prime Office Park. Prior to joining RFP Jim spent 10 months as a Combat Engineer in Iraq with the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Education and Accreditation
Mr. Cavanaugh graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2001, receiving a B.A. degree in Psychology and Philosophy.

In December 2005 he received a Master of Urban Planning degree from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
